Important Things to Know for RSD Black Friday 2025:

• We will have special in-store hours from 8am-6pm for RSD Black Friday on November 28th.
• In accordance with the RSD Pledge that we signed, there will be NO holds or presales. All titles will be available in-store only on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may only purchase one copy per title per person.
• For those who may be unable to make it to the store on November 28th, any remaining titles/products not sold will go live on our website at 8am EST on Saturday, November 29th.
• You may only purchase ONE COPY PER TITLE/PRODUCT PER PERSON of RSD Black Friday releases online. Any order placed for more than one copy of a certain title or product will be fully cancelled and refunded.
• Please note, items in your cart are NOT reserved until the checkout process is complete.
• We will do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, but it may take us to 2-3 weeks for all RSD Black Friday orders to go out. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
• For in-store pickup orders, you will be notified by email once your order is packed and ready for pickup. Due to the large volume of orders we'll be receiving, it may take a few hours before your order is ready, so please wait until you are notified before coming in to pickup. Don't worry if you can't make it in to pickup right away once you're notified. We will hold your order behind the counter until you're able to get here.
