SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more. All media orders (vinyl/CD/cassette) will ship via USPS media mail. Please be aware that we cannot provide free multiple shipments for a single order, so if your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Your tracking information usually updates within 24-72 hours. Once your order departs from our facility, we no longer have control over it. For assistance with missing packages, kindly reach out to your local post office branch. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages and are not able to refund you for your purchase if your package was stolen after delivery. Shipping times may vary.

If you are local, we offer FREE in-store pickup on online orders.  Please note, however, that using Apple Pay at checkout will auto-fill a shipping charge and will not allow you the option to choose free in-store pickup. The Smile – Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and Sons of Kemet’s Tom Skinner – return with their third album ‘Cutouts’. The 10-track album was produced and mixed by Sam Petts-Davies [Frank Ocean 'Blond', Thom Yorke 'Suspiria'], mastered by Sterling Sound’s Greg Calbi and features artwork by Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke.

Recorded at Abbey Road Studios, in Oxford and in moments on the road, the tracks feature strings by the London Contemporary Orchestra as well as contemporary UK jazz player Pete Wareham [flute]. Keen-eyed fans will be familiar with a number of tracks that have been debuted live during the band’s 2023 and 2024 tours as well as recognize “Tiptoe”, which was shared as a sneak preview at this year’s Wall of Eyes: on Film events.

‘Cutouts’ follows the band's acclaimed albums, ‘Wall of Eyes’ – released earlier this year – and 2022’s ‘A Light For Attracting Attention’, which was named an AOTY by Pitchfork, Uncut, MOJO, Rough Trade, Billboard, New York Times, Consequence and many more.
