SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more. All media orders (vinyl/CD/cassette) will ship via USPS media mail. Please be aware that we cannot provide free multiple shipments for a single order, so if your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Your tracking information usually updates within 24-72 hours. Once your order departs from our facility, we no longer have control over it. For assistance with missing packages, kindly reach out to your local post office branch. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages and are not able to refund you for your purchase if your package was stolen after delivery. Shipping times may vary.

If you are local, we offer FREE in-store pickup on online orders.  Please note, however, that using Apple Pay at checkout will auto-fill a shipping charge and will not allow you the option to choose free in-store pickup. In 1995, The Roots burst onto the scene with their seminal debut album, Do You Want More?!!!??! which garnered critical acclaim and cemented them as a powerhouse group fusing elements of various genres with their signature live instrumentation. Thirty years later, in March of 2025, The Roots played a three-day, six-show residency at the legendary Blue Note Jazz club in New York City, where they celebrated their debut by playing it in full – performing many tracks that hadn’t been performed live in decades. The performance also brought out special guest appearances from long-time collaborators, Ursula Rucker, Dice Raw, and Rahzel, the Godfather of Noise. 

To cap off the 30th Anniversary, The Roots will release the full performance on vinyl. The 2xLP, gatefold package is pressed with Blue & Black, A Side B Side effect, and features 21 tracks. ?uestlove spent tireless hours perfecting the mixing and mastering with Glen Forrest and Colin Mohnacs to ensure all elements of the performance were represented on the vinyl. The album will see a Record Store Day Essentials exclusive release on Black Friday, November 28, 2025.
